"KDP was a good place to work, although there was not much room to grow/advance there."
"Management are not professional and they do not want older employees. I was employed for over 30 years and they decided I was not part of their future plans because I was retiring soon."
"Awesome company to work for!"
"My job was outsourced and the company gave a very generous severance package. Over 10 years ago the company, when it was Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, tried outsourcing on just some basic accounting functions and it failed miserably. They think a new approach will make it work, but I don't see how it will work given that Big 4 accounting is controlling it in tax and Accenture is controlling it in general accounting. Their fees are too high for this to work in the long run even when they hand it off to an offshore group in India. I hope it works for them as I wish no ill will for the company, but my experience tells me that this will fall like a house of cards in about 3 to 4 years. The rumor going around was that the holding company of KDP is wanting to sell most of their shares in a few years so I don't really think they care about the long term effect of outsourcing because they will make their money and someone else will have to clean up the mess."
"I've been an Area Sales Manager for the past year representing the Emerging Brands Sales Team for Keurig Dr. Pepper. I am in charge of 5 sales reps that are responsible for selling in our core brands to large format stores."
"Working for Keurig Dr Pepper has helped me develop my skills to continue being successful in a sales role"
"Has been a great company to work at for the past 10 years as well as when I was a contractor for 18 months over 3 years before that. Many jobs throughout the company are being eliminated due to outsourcing including some very technical area. This was tried several years ago in some general accounting areas and it failed. The new CEO and CFO as well as other key leaders think it will succeed this time. I am skeptical that it will work as well at they think it will work."
"I've worked for KDP and is young growing company that is changing really fast, good benefits and good working environment"
"Keurig Dr. Pepper is an established company with a great work environment and friendly and helpful upper management. It offers many benefits as an employee with plenty of upwards potential!"
"Great experience, and a solid company."
"Good company. There is a lot of uncertainty with the new management teams!"
"Employed nearly 6yrs and have been in 2 divisions. Nice people, limited opportunities."
"Good overall experience but the recent merger is restricting some of the aspects I most enjoy about the position."
"I’ve worked for Keurig Dr. Pepper for a year in a half now and there are good opportunities to move up. Great environment to work in if you are use to loud noises and heat. The benefits could be a lot better."
"A corporate work environment with unlimited coffee and tea. Opportunities to learn more about other departments. Competitive pay."
