"Don't expect much,I was promised all kinds of schools and extra training that I quit a really decent job... No Schools,No extras..."

"No radio in shop,becuase of senior mechanic who had an Ipod stuffed in his ears"

"don't let your shop lead tell employees about all the benifits and training you will get and then don't follow through with it"

"I like being able to work independently, not having someone micro manage you all day. Being able to challenge something different each day and accomplish the mission."

"Being Laid-off; I mean I love my job as an Inspector or any other position their, but the down side is the lay off factor."

"they promised a raise of $2 after the first 60 days, but didn't follow through. I suggest either keeping their word or not making such promises"

"The people around me made it easy to come to work. I enjoyed a good team building enviornment with management and co-workers"

"Having some ideas dismissed because I don't have the proper title. Then having the same action carried out as someone else's idea"
