"Kennestone seems to have downward spiral of nurses over 50. They hire young new grads to pay less and they don't know right from wrong. A manager stated he would only hire new grads because they don't question. That is not always best for the patient. If the over 50 crowd hang on, they are run off. Let kennestone give their ratios of the over 50 nurses. Most nurses give their lives, work crazy hours, low pay and the only type civil servant type with no protection. They deserve better."
