"I participated in an audit/tax internship with Kemper CPA Group. My experience was a good one. I was able to brush up on some things I had forgotten about from classes. Kemper only offers a $1,000 payment advance for acquiring your CPA. Thats $1,000 that you have to pay back, slowly through paycheck withholdings over the 2 years I think. I wish I had worked with people more my age and with similar interests outside of the profession. All together though, it was enjoyable."

"A good place to start your career, ask about partner in charges idea of work/life balance"

"They suck at training and essentially throw you in with little help. Also the profit sharing takes 6 years to vest!"

"Do a much better job on training, creating an enjoyable work environment, and developing staff and managers."
