"Ice age, legacy technology, no remote work, poor work life balance, bully management, no advancement unless you belong to the "in" crowd, unskilled managers that don't listen to employees' expertise, very little, if any paid training, budgets spent on lavish "business" trips, below average salaries, unrealistic deadlines with minimal staff & technology, the list keeps going. If you want to advance your skills or career, don't plan on it here!!"
