"It was very hard to get upper management to take action in regards to allowing for District Managers to make sure they were allowed to create a team where you could bet your career on the talent that was inplace"

"Sometimes I do not care for the politics of the company. The politics can bring good decision-making but it could also bring bad decision-making."

"Use this opportunity to provide food, clothing, and shelter for yourself, but don't look at this as a major career opportunity."

"The manager/liason to the company we were outsourced to in our division treated her employees like they were in high school, and related her work style to that of a high school teacher in a classroom. She used videos to relay messages, which were child-like, and not very professional. She tried to act like she was much younger than she actually was, and it came off as very unprofessional, and unrealistic, as were her emotional ploys to garner productivity from the crew. She encouraged a lot of ass kissing to the upper management from the middle management, and in turn, that was relayed to the lower level employees through middle management, emulating her management style. The model of shame and blame seemed to be prevalent, and professionalism truly was not there. There was not a lot of true inspiration to increase productivity."

"Stop treating the employees like children, treat everyone across the board with more dignity and respect."

"Kelly put me to work immediately.Applied one day and was sent on interview same day."

"Some decisions made leave a certain population feeling mistreated and therefore unmotivated."

"Treat people with equality. Motivate people based on their strengths. Be more in touch with those who get the real work done."

"They are supportive and cooperative. They are also biased at times, not giving the employee enough credit."

"Be aware of the pay scale. Make sure you know what type of schools you're getting into before accepting a job."

"The pay is too low for what we do as substitute teachers. With our level of education, teachers need to be better compensated."

"I would pay the employees more and give benefits. Teachers are hard working people who have difficult jobs and who deserve to be treated well."
