Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are breathing and can dress the part, you will get the job. They do not hire people based on their education background even though they say that it is a requirement. The campus president of the Pembroke Pines campus slept with someone to get her job, so if you have low morals and like people to walk all over you, you are hired!!!"

What don't you like about working at Keiser University?

"Everything about this place is horrible. They treat employees like second class citizens. They do not pay overtime. They pay Chinese overtime. The benefit package is the worst be far. They working conditions are terrible. Broken Chairs, mildew, old computers/desks that are not stable. The work environment is toxic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management has to learn how to speak to people like human beings, we spend so many hours there. It would be in their best interest to keep the employees happy - they do not. They always remind you of how replaceable you are to them, that brings the morale down, and there is a high turnover of employees, if they treated you with respect and a little human dignity, they will have staying power and high remarks from the employees."

Instructor

"Teaching networking at night is pretty tough."
