"Empowered to hunt and acquire clients that broadened organization capabilities - such as turn-key outsourcing, where previously Keane only did Application Outsourcing. Created in excess of $200 million in new revenues in 2005."

"Continues to lose key clients and market share - focused only on co$ts (margins) and not on quality products or services"
