"The company ignored us because we were far from any keane office. They forced us to work up to and over 80 hours a week for several months straight."

"spend the little extra money to throw a small holiday party once in a while. Don't hide things from us little people. We are doing the work that brings in the money."

"The Keane branch where I worked was purchased by a large call center soon after I left. They have sinced ceased operations in the region."

"Too much of bias and regional politics. Lesser renumeration reduces any motivation for employees to stick around in the company."

"- Revise the salary structure- Revisit the middle management- More transparency in processes- Enable a better and anonymous grievance channel of communication"

"When you have a talented consultant who is well respected by the client and the client wants to buy his contract. Make an effort to keep him. Good consultants are few and far between."

"The pay was not to good, and they closed their business while I was working there."

"Re-accquire a support contract from MS and come back to my neighborhood and hire me."

"Some of the clients they have are good, thereby provides an opportunity to learn the business domain. Good process driven company."

"Love your job and give the best. Don't get bogged down by some of the irritants in the company."

"Too much bureaucracy. Project management is not good. Too much overhead thereby reducing their profitability."

"supervisor had 100% turnover rate before it was realized he wa the problem - supervisor was fired six months after I left."

"better control over personnel to ensure fair and equitable treatment - listen when staff members jointly point out issues instead of waiting until everyone leaves to wake up."
