"I like the people I work with. This includes my department IT, as well as all of the other users. They are all good people, for the most part."

"Look around and make sure the salary is what you're looking for. It is a good company and I do enjoy working here; my only beef is the low pay/salary."

What don't you like about working at KBR?

"I don't like the salary. I don't like the fact that we are told that we are not busy when the boss rarely gets to see what we actually get done and what we actually have to do from day to day. They don't really have a clue."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Recognize all that we do. Pay accordingly. Easy enough Perform functions where our home base is located. They have entire teams, whereas here we have two employees."

"Be knowledgeable about what the company is doing and their past history of performances with the U.S. government."

"I disliked the challenging chain of commands."

"I would suggest expanding into commercial and engineering construction operations in the overseas markets."
