"The only thing that I didn't like was the fact they had to lay me off due to the failing economy. I was a very great place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The communication could have been better between managers and employees. A lot of the times the employees just wanted to know the direction the business was going and the managers wouldn't disclosed that."
