This is a cult organization, in that you will notice that it's biggest devotees derive all their relationships and personal as well as professional satisfaction totally from within the organization alone. They usually have alienated themselves from the rest of the world in the process much as any cult members do."

"Stop pretending that you have the best interests of your workers at heart in your company. Your sole motivation is making numbers (sales), and anyone who is devoted to succeeding in your firm quickly realizes this and will gladly throw anyone else under the bus if it can further that goal and their possible career advancement."
