"I have worked for Kardium for 4 1/2 years. Great company with a great product. Amazing people, horrible management. They have tried to create a very unique culture at Kardium but it only applies if you are among the golden from Kodak/Creo. Production/manufacturing staff are treated like second class citizens. Expected to work ridiculous hours, no private life as you are connected 24/7. They work 6 on 1 off with substandard pay. Not a good company anymore. Middle management is affectionately known as the "Concentration Camp". Steer clear."
