"Experience levels have been steadily dropping for years. People are getting promoted and put in high positions too quickly because of lack of experienced candidates."

"Be more forthcoming and honest. Let people know what is and is not within my control and be candid about it."

"Keep trying to do what the trainers suggest in the best way possible for your people skills and trust no one except your own skills to inspect the job to the satisfaction of the end user (the public) and hope the trainers see you sincerity."

"Department head and trainers wanted me to yell and scream at the vendor when mistakes were found and I believed there was a better way to handle people than this."

"Understand that even people being inspected would like to be handled as if people's lives depended on them emotionally and physically with the best man for the job."
