I've found the company to make a difference in people's lives by offering high-quality, affordable health care to members while serving them with compassion and dignity. TPMG employs over 9,000 physicians and over 35,000 nurses and staff while serving 4.3 million members across Northern California. Although at times it may be a challenge to navigate through the hierarchy and several different channels of the organization, leadership is innovated, engaged, and willing to listen to their employees."
