"Initially, I started work for Kaigie's parent company Acxius Strategic Solutions, as a contractor in a database development role for what is best described as a proof of concept data warehouse system for health care providers. After about four months, I was transitioned to a project for a website for major Indian musicians, designing a database from the ground up, and picking up web development using VB.NET initially, and later C#. This project in turn was converted to a combination social networking and service site for health care providers and their patients, etc., kaigie.com, On the positive side this allowed for many proofs of concept features, such as testing a branch site in India linked to the primary site, but with critical user data stored in India to conform with data sovereignty issues."
