"Great company to work for. The people are friendly and of great help. This company was close to my home and the building was very nice and clean. I have no complaints with them and love working with each person there."
"Overall, it was a fantastic company to work for. The CEO of the company is an amazing man, but unfortunately, the Division President doesn't have the same outlook as the CEO. In Houston, it's all about the money. The employee comes dead last in the equation."
"Wonderful environment and team -- downsized due to COVID 19"
"I worked for K. Hovnanian Homes for 5 years as community construction manager. I enjoyed my time there, and I worked with really great people. They take the time to train you, which I liked. Decent base pay with a great bonus structure. The only negative I have is that management tends to micro manage at times, which adds stress to the job. Other than that, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to work as a construction manager."
"K.Hovnanian homes has allowed for trade growth and education."
"Leadership and culture is poor. Expected results are not within the realms of possibility"
"Pay and benefits are decent. Too much disconnect within the company."
"Nothing to be said other than avoid this company."
"Do not work there."
