"At the K&G Richardson store, the management team lead by George Trevino was excellent and supportive. The formula was simple: engage the customer, be positive, produce. The friendly floor staff worked as a team. What few requests I had for time off were honored."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be professional, dress properly, be truthful."

What don't you like about working at K&G Fashion Superstore?

"The following week's schedule came out late Friday afternoon; Sunday plans could not be made until then.. Regional management was begrudging offering little positive incentives or suggestions. Partially because of being in retail, weekends off were less than one a quarter."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Advertise! Release of follow week's work schedule could be earlier."

"I've worked for K&G Men's Company nearly 2 years now. I found it to be a great experience thanks to my wonder co workers, but not totally fulfilled with my part time employment position. There are not many growth opportunities and no part time benefits."

"The GM was unprofessional at times. A lot of gossip."

"Fire the GM. Give sales associates commission for their efforts."

"The buyers for the company. They need to do a better job of selection of clothing that they buy."

"Listen to your internal customers as well as your external ones."

"I’ve worked for K&G for just under 11 years. While the recoveries of the store’s merchandise at the end of the night may be exhausting, meeting the eclectic customer base and developing the relationships and rapport with customers and teammates alike, can be rather rewarding."
