"I had a suggestion which was to use a filtering system so we can rate and see if we have reoccuring candidates or if they are rehireable. It was implimented."

"Don't unless they start straight talk selling to their customers. No sales gimmicks!"

"Talked big about promotion posibilities happening quick if you apply yourself. Out sold seasoned reps within months but was told couldn't promote b/c needed in sales. Marketing Director gimmick is deceptive to customers. Often never do the marketing things from the deal. They make the customer feel they are getting a better deal for helping them with marketing while the truth is they use this to distract the customer while they pump up the price. Very long hours, Major driving without mileage reimbursement"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow a conscience, Don't lie to people whether they're your employees or your customers, You've got great products-You don't need the cheesy selling gimmicks. Do a small salary plus progressive commission based on performance."

"Just don't believe what they promise. It will never happen."

"Poor management, absolutely no responsibility of the company for my success as so called Marketing Directors are just desperate Sales Reps and Independent Contractors; huge mileage on my car at MY expense with no reimbursement of any kind (neither for accommodation out of town, heavy cell phone and fax expenses, tolls, ferry rides etc.; tricky commission structure - you will NEVER win while the company will never lose; LOTS OF HYPE like fake promises of high income, same as fake promises to customers and hugely overpriced products. Just another sleazy car sales organization..."

"Get some sense of reality, and get at least a bit more honest to people - both contractors and customers. Sweet dreams..."

"Be prepared to drive and to work 10 to 12 hour days with no gas allowance."

"Long schedule, commission only, no gas allowance"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If they were to give a small salary not a draw for a couple months so you can get through the learning curve, then 100% commission, that would help to maintain top talent. Also if they paid a gas mileage, The job was actually costing me money and then when I did earn commission I was paying back my draw."
