"It is OK, but they are continuing adding staff to fill their temporary positions while their current staff are not getting enough hours of work per week."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you have a real estate license and can fog a mirror, you will be hired. In over a year working for JWilliamsStaffing, I know of only one person that was hired by a builder. Not as presented during hiring presentations."

What don't you like about working at JWilliamsStaffing?

"All the prime long term assignments are given to the youngest female employees. Work ranges from none per week to two days per week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to avoid lawsuits from employees that are discriminated against due to age. Yes it is illegal. Your main competitor, Temps Plus pays better."
