"J.W.E. has leaders that genuinely care about their employees. It's a very small size company so everyone is very close and treated like family. They compensate their employees competitively in terms of salary. Compared to other uniform companies, their benefits are about average. In order to work for J.W.E., you must be prepared to always give every assignment your utmost effort and go above and beyond because it's profits are contract based. There isn't much opportunity to learn from their leaders because the company is so fast paced. In order to grow, you'll have to learn on your own and bring new ideas to the company."
