"I worked for JAVS for nearly 13 years and went through and a number of leadership changes. When I started things were very good, but with each change in leadership things continuously deteriorated, from overall company morale to compensation. Inexperience is the main factor for these shortcomings in a company that once had the potential to be a global leader in its industry. The people who work there are amazing, but the leadership is desperate need of a revamp."
