"I've worked for Pearl for close to 2 years. Pearl isn't a terrible place to work; but not much fun either. The has a really good engineering team but the company lacks product vision. The company senior management is very ego driven which causes good ideas and people with good ideas to leave when they realize that only ideas from senior management ever get support."
