"The owner has a problem with customer relations, and creates a hostile work environment. He has no problem disappointing customers, then not compensating them for the bother. He relays that "style, protocol, method, etc" to all three of his locations, rendering us not helpful. All of us are women and we know what it's like to be consumers, and we care that our customers get the best for their money. The owner has belittled and yelled at every employee that's been unlucky enough to speak with him. I would never recommend anyone to apply, at all three locations. Eventually, you will run into him, and the pay is not worth feeling bullied and helpless."
