"No support everyone was too busy to respond in a timely manner and no training to speak of."

"More training and shadowing. A department designated for new employee questions, especially if they have remote employees and a high turnaround."

"Do your research on the position and the company. Also, be likable."

"My dislikes are: no place to move up, bias to some employees over others, and firing and laying off too many workers all the time."

"Give employees more chances to be promoted, and don't treat employees like they could be replaced overnight."
