"Be a psychological warrior, is what I was told when I was hired. I'd go with that."

"The management scheme was not working to the best of its abilities, there were alot of arguments and fights between employees and the boss, hostile work conditions, lack of creative freedom"

"let your engineers and craftsmen do their jobs the way they know how"
