"I like the fellow employees and different types of problems that you come across and have to solve."

What don't you like about working at Baker Hughes?

"I dislike the 24/7 on call, and the pace that you are allowed to advance. I would rather be thrown to the wolves and get going."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should improve their engineering school. Don't have an instructor that can't speak English."
