"Flexibility in work timings, can take leave in case of an emergency"

"Join only if you have al large backup to last for 6 months. Can be quite demotivated to learn that your work does not earn you your paycheque at the end of the month."

"Salaries are not paid on time. Still have 5 moths salaries pending"
