"I enjoyed Mitsubishi, worked there for 13 years until layoff. They want honest hard working employees and if you are they took care of you."

"For the most part, your co-workers are great. Wide variety of clients and demands keeps you on your toes."

"Be willing to work really hard, long hours, and not get rewarded for it. Use it to learn and grow, but don't let yourself get stuck there too long."

"Difficult to move up, raises and reviews are rare, resistance to change until recently."

"To support your employees better and listen to what they have to say. Don't take credit for your employees work-give credit where credit is due. Pay them better and they will stay longer-turnover is too high."
