Assistant Manager

"At the onset of the pandemic, they changed their management style to suit the virtual setup but they became too obsessed with micromanaging their people. Because of it, I felt that I wasn't trusted and it made me lose all the motivation left in me."

Jump Employee

"Jump450 is a great place to work as a media acquisition manager and creative. There is a fairly transparent structure that gives a good sense of what is possible at the company. The financials are always visible for the team to review, and the team has the opportunity for a fair commission. Benefits are average. Sometimes expectations are ambiguous, and it often falls on the employee to clarify them, but there is a good open-door policy. Managers and Creatives are often busy or in meetings, and sometimes can be on too many teams, but there is a good report that allows flexibility in a team assignment."
