"Since this company was purchased by TnB, it has lost all perspective to what made JTP the industry leader. TnB's lack of support and understanding in this industry has resulted in loss of customer base due to under performance. I have seen senior staff (with 10 yrs of service at JTP), leaving every month. To me that is the biggest sign of a sinking ship. The staff that work at JTP are dedicated and want to assist their customers, however TnB is there every step of the way to block their efforts."
