3.6 I have worked for J-Pac for just short of seven years. The company has been good to me however, there have been far too many upper level managers hired and fired over the last seven years not providing any longevity and commitment to the business. As a result of this and the hiring of a third CEO our coarse has changed and our business is going downward quickly. All salary personnel are on an abbreviated work week to 32 hours with a 20% pay-cut for 12 weeks.
