"JP Morgan is a great company, however it is a very large company and while you can make a great impact to your team, it's much harder to get noticed and appreciated by upper management. It also a typical corporate work life, upper management is slow to make modern day changes, they are very set to office work instead of moving to a remote environment."

"Company is a very good company but the inability to move around is rare. The inability to expand in different areas of a Fortune 500 company really is one of the biggest downfall. I also have hours that doesn’t allow much overtime. With overtime that allows someone to make a larger paychecks and overtime is rare. There is also not a lot of recognition when getting compliments from members as working in a call center environment, compliments is far and few between. There is not much of a recognition for employees"

"I loved working for this company, but due to Covid a lot of people got laid off. If I can continue to work and do what I love it will be very for filling. I enjoyed working there because we helped families accomplished a dream. I love how we take our time to help families and make sure they have all the information needed to process the application needed. It was a great experience."

"I worked in a contract with JP Morgan from 2018 to 2020. The tasks for me are mainly migrating some legacy applications to Cloud environments. I worked with a global team mainly from India. The challenges are how to gain knowledge from legacy systems."
