"There was very low job satisfaction, little faith in supervisors and faith of them in us, way too much micromanagement, and not enough independence."

"The company should focus on cost-cutting procedures and competitive compensation packages. Job satisfaction should be very important. A happy employee makes a happy customer and a profitable business; return customers are the most profitable."

"I was part of a team to suggest changes to improve retainment of analysts and associates in the investment banking class. Suggestions include better alumnI network (which is carried through), events to make analysts and associates feel appreciated, and more understanding working hours."
