"I worked for Joystick Interactive for over 3 years. As the primary domestic developer, I found myself spending most of my time babysitting the rest of the offshore development team and had little confidence in said team to complete remedial tasks. Furthermore, I found myself spending a lot of my time being the sole developer on projects because we just didn't trust the rest of the team, leading to myself being overworked and under-compensated, ultimately leading to my separation from the company."
