"Worked as a consultant. Given all the room I needed to develop and present a curriculum for workers who were very new to computer and many of whom did not speak English as the primary language--some not at all."

"I would suggest that training be seen as a crucial part of the company's growth and that the person in charge of training programs be exceptionally qualified in that position."
