Johnson County Special Utility District Employee

"The customer service manager, Carrie, is a bumbling ignoramus who uses her position in the office to bully all of her employees. She repeatedly writes people up, even if she has no basis for it. She makes up RIDICULOUS rules, such as "customer service ladies cannot eat at their desks unless they can hold said food in one hand", meanwhile, in her OPEN WINDOWED OFFICE, she slams footlong sandwiches like they're going out of style. If you make the tiniest mistake, she pulls every other employee into her office to inform them of what was done wrong BEFORE telling the employee themselves. The most outrageous thing she did was, during high call volumes and angry customers with valid concerns, she pulled EACH AND EVERY customer svc girl into her office to tell us how her husband was cheating on her. It was MORBIDLY INAPPROPRIATE."
