"Hopkins offered me an upper end wage when I began this position. I feel it is a fair compensation. For the past two years I have been working directly with the manager because of a vacancy in the supervisor position. This has generated many extra duties. I have not received any larger compensation since I began, but this is common in large university hospital settings. I feel that I am paid fairly for the position of Lead but would like to have had additional compensation for the addition Supervisor duties I have been assigned."
