"I have worked in the medical laboratory for over 13 years. In this time I have gained skills in many facets. I have worked in Chemistry, Hematology, stat labs, point-of-care testing, blood gases and Immunology. As a Lead in Immunology I have trained, evaluated and counseled employees as well as overviewed day-to-day activity. I have been responsible for customer service issues, inventory for the department and scheduling. I pride myself in having a professional rapport with my employees and have been able to utilize my many years experience in resolving various issues."
