"Know your stuff, offer thoughtful ideas, don't be vocal just for the sake of being heard and maintian world class communication skills. These tenets will serve you well."

"As an academic organization, sometimes things moved a little slow for my liking."

"Actually, little. It was teh right management for the right organization. If anything, be a bit more for profit oriented in policy but maintain the non-profit mission."
