"I had worked for JWMCD from May-October of 2019. I thoroughly enjoyed the work I performed and the environment and it’s people. Unfortunately for me and so many others in our drafting department at the time mass layoffs due to a massive drop in productivity occurred which stemmed from a drastic management change. The entire department was transitioned to an entirely different software with little to no training at all and it dropped the production. The inclusion of not just more work load but also unnecessary protocol made projects a nightmare to complete in an orderly fashion which resulted in about 8 out of the 12-15 person department being laid off including the contract to hire positions which I was a part of."
