"John Deere is a great company to work for. Their priorities, in order, are safety, quality, production. Pay and benefits are very good."
"Great Company to Work For"
"John Deere is a highly successful company that has endured over 200 years since its inception. This company did not endure simply by happenstance; over the years they have developed a vast knowledge of the market and what it takes to remain competitive. This is applied over its various divisions and allows them not only to stay successful but each to remain competitive in their respective markets. As a company, John Deere has established its brand worldwide and is recognizable merely by its logo. This has created loyal customers and a recognized brand worldwide."
"Excellent compact for development."
"I love the working environment. People are very nice to each other and they're very helpful. No politics & games. Great work-life balance. It may not be a place to polish technical/engineering skills but it is a good place to learn about the basic product development environment. If I have to critique another, their product development phase process can be improved (it is not matured yet) so that smoother engineering design phase transition and the production launch can be established."
"I joined NPP with the responsibility of turning the store around after 3 years of poor management. Customer service increased from 1 star to 3.5 stars and the back log of repair services was decrease from 10+ weeks to an average of 1-2 weeks."
"I am a contractor. I worked for the company for almost three years. The work environment is nice. The team is really helpful. The contractors don't have many training opportunities."
"John Deere is a great company to work for. Deere takes pride in Diversity and Inclusion and encourages its employees to be engaged in employee resource groups. Benefits and compensation are competitive and meets industry expectations. Growth opportunities are available, but extremely competitive."
"Deere is a good place to work."
"It's good to work here in John Deere."
"I've worked for John Deere PEC in Cedar Falls for 1.5 years. The work environment is pretty much flexible and the people are nice. They offer some courses that help to work and use it directly."
"Very much good company to work with"
"I only worked for John Deere for a summer as an internship - and while they offered learning opportunities for junior developers, the work environment wasn't as youthful as I had wished it to be."
"This is great place to work with good work ethics."
"Good Company, with great value to employee development. Great social and work environment. Your voice is heard, a great team to work with. Comfortable work timings, and flexible with Projects track."
