Our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and full of exciting new projects. We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our Enphase Financial Services Team. The Enphase Financial Services Team is responsible for developing and managing the financial products that customers use to finance their Enphase solar and storage systems. The Finance Associate will act as the subject matter expert on financial processes, products, and systems. They will be responsible for training and supporting our internal support teams and external partners on Enphase Financial Services onboarding, underwriting, products, and originations processes. The Finance Associate will manage the relationships between Capital providers, Enphase Financial Services, and Enphase Installers, and they will ensure that processes are efficient and/or manage the improvement of processes. They will interact cross-functionally and externally with management teams, IT/software teams, clients, and providers. They will learn internal systems, products, and processes and offer support to end users. The position is part of the Enphase Financial Services (EFS) team. The Finance Associate position is in Austin, TX and will report to the Director of Originations and Program Management. Key Responsibilities * Manage and support internal and external client requests specifically related to solar financing * Create content & documentation for training and onboarding new clients * Deliver effective training presentations for internal and external parties * Support day to day transactions by acting as point of contact (POC) with external parties and own any resolution coordination or exception processing * Collaborate with external EFS financing partners on client cases or process exceptions * Become a subject matter expert in EFS financing partners, products and processes * Creatively approach tasks to Identify opportunities for streamlining or process improvements * Manage initiatives related to financing with internal and external stakeholders Skills, Knowledges, Special Attributes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a history of creating and presenting business presentations * Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with both internal and external partners and customers * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage a complex workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Strong documentation and communication skills * Strong attention to detail Education and Experience * At least 3 years of experience in a customer or client facing position * At least 3 years of experience in creating and presenting training programs, written FAQs, and/or presentations * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Desired experience - the following will be an advantage: * Understanding of solar energy storage, microgrid and renewable energy systems * Prior experience with loans and/or previous financial services experience. * Knowledge of project management body of knowledge/processes and/or six sigma processes * Experience with B2B SaaS products * Experience working with vendors and international teams Travel: * Occasional travel locally Work location: * Austin - TX Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
