Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on processes and methods for building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as create processes and procedures for the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.



The SF Digital Products - Product Management - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

  • Research and advise on design strategy for new products.
  • Partners with Delivery Squads to adopt Agile and DevOps culture and shift-left thinking. Lean/Agile concepts and ceremonies. Works closely with leaders in Technology and Business organizations to adopt or create the culture of a collaborative management approach leveraging Product Owners and Scrum Masters as integral parts of the leadership team.
  • Identifies opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations.
  • Advises on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance and reviews the implementation process for new products.
  • Advises on and ensures product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Minimum Required & Desired Experiences
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience immersed in software development and product delivery preferred.
  • Comfortability in transformation roles; experience challenging siloed thinking by seeking expertise and working with others outside own area or outside the organization.
  • Experience with and exposure to software development work methodologies, ideally Agile.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills; experience adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
  • A background handling complex stakeholder management situations
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS.
  • Strong communication skills; skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with the some or all of the following: SQL, JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Tableau, and more.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
