Associate Director, Regional Accounts, Population Health- East


The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Director, Regional Accounts Population Health - East, are to:

Serve as Project Manager working with CIO, CMIO, Quality Director, EHR/EMR Vendors, etc. responsible for Health IT related tasks of Projects and/or Collaborations; Serve as technical support to the broader Account Management community to help them understand application of Health IT strategies, use of health IT resources and assess emerging customer needs related to the customers health IT agenda; Support the field Health System account team on disease focused therapeutic areas within targeted IDN accounts; Oversee the focus for the IT Health System Associate Director on the "process" of how the system is structuring its patient management, with non-branded discussion-looking at pop health targets and the current coordination of care; Uncover care gaps which negatively impact patient outcomes and may not align to evidence based guidelines; Work with health system leadership on potential changes/ considerations regarding the process of disease state management; Oversee communication of changes or processes; Help to communicate to field, as well as other service line leaders; Act as expert where needed in HS rollout meetings; Host IT Campaign for system regarding the changes; Work with HS leadership team on measuring meaningful Use (are providers adhering to changes), patient adherence, system support of patient and review of process, identify any issues or gaps post implementation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree; At least eight years related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent QVPH or Health Systems experience; At least three years of experience in Managed Markets/IDNs; At least three years of experience in a supervisory role or position leading a team or teams through influence; Experience executing market access strategies for IDN customers; Diabetes and CKD prior experience; Prior Health IT experience.
