The Ackermann Nurse call system includes workflow solutions for hospitals and nursing homes, mobility, multimedia and tracking solutions as well as integration of vital signs measurements. It is a universally scalable communication system for use in hospitals and in health service care facilities. Functions range from the conventional optoacoustic nurse call system to flexible system solutions at the point of care.

The Sales Manager is responsible for the further growth of ILC in the CEE region. Solution oriented consulting expertise and advising with professional competence is one of the most important keys for success.

Primary responsibilities include:

Achievement of the sales budget
Working with Global Sales Director and Product Management to identify sales and marketing strategies and tactics as well as developing strategic business plans and annual operating budgets to successfully achieve the targeted sales for these markets.
Identification, relationship management and regional responsibility in caring for and advising authorities, clients, planners, partners, investors, hospital managements and end users.
Acquisition of new accounts and maintaining accounts in compliance with objectives.
Composition of tenders, preparation and presentation of offers and our product portfolio

Key account management:

Management of price negotiations
Support distributors / partners during acquisition in front of end users
Search for potential buyers and cooperation partners
Support for Inside Sales during the project planning and design phase, align with back office support resources to achieve stated goals
Survey Market and competition, keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products (including Analysis of competitor products, Market and Market trend analysis) -
Identify special needs of the market in case of regulations, product standards and functionalities as well as trends especially in the healthcare market
Promote the organization and solutions at conferences, meetings, exhibits and other specialevents
Champion the new product introductions, monitor product performance of existing ranges.
Interfaces to Product Management, identifies development opportunities and enhancements for new products / product lines in the region

Technical / Engineering Degree
Several years of experience in B2B solution sales
Experience in business with hospitals and ore other health service care facilities are a benefit
Experience in Health-IT including hospital information systems and communication systems are desirable
Good PC skills
Good English language skill.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-confident manner
Strong sales personality, strong customer orientation
