About This Opportunity #LI-EO1 Responsibilities The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing print and digital materials within our corporate brand standards. This encompasses all types of training collateral such but not limited to brochures, job aids, one pager, posters, PowerPoints etc. This person will work closely with the team members to make sure business needs are addressed in a professional, consistent manner. Must be detail oriented and a team player. Design custom, branded print and digital graphic content for training channels Create templated materials for use in our online training portal Build print-ready, clean files to specifications Creating mood-boards, style frames, sketches, etc to establish the look of a project. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. Ability to work with stakeholders in a professional setting. Qualifications Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 5-7 5+ years of professional design experiencewithin a corporate environment or B2B account Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects Online Design portfolio encompassing digital and print work Solid skills inAdobe Creative SuiteandMS Office Experience designing and building filesfor both print and digital (to hand off for print production, email and website dev), and familiarity with responsive design PowerPoint animation skill a plus
