They will be responsible for defining, leading and managing campaigns, projects and programs for the Health Solutions business that target the med tech industry to drive strategic growth for Flex. We are looking for someone who demonstrates:Intense collaborationPassionate customer focusThoughtful, fast, disciplined executionTenacious commitment to continuous improvementRelentless drive to winHere is a glimpse of what you'll do:Partner with Strategy and Marketing to define short and long term business growth strategies, required capabilities to support it, and marketing strategy to develop and capture the target market.Business and market analytics to direct business emphasis, targeting, growth initiatives and marketing emphasis. Lead strategic marketing efforts that drive categorical growth initiatives eg: regional growth initiatives (In China for China), Outsourcing vs Insourcing, etc. Increase the awareness and understanding of the Health Solutions value proposition Engage with customers to build relationships and gain insight to understand their needs and how Flex might address themLeverage key trends within the sector.Partner with corporate marketing or other segment marketing to leverage Flex capabilities and put our best strengths forward. Lead a strategic approach to account-based marketing and target account marketing strategy.
