Potential Direct Hire OpportunityThe Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing and finalizing projects according to prescribed specifications and deadlines.Job Responsibilities Create construction schedules, update and modify as required. Responsible for tracking jobs, modify when necessary. Assist customers with questions regarding shipments, additional material and technical assistance. Follow up with customers, vendors and/or installers to obtain status and/or necessary information and provide necessary feedback. Work with functional areas within the company to identify status of activity and/or expedite activity to meet customer expectations. Manage projects/orders assigned by Manager. Develop necessary internal and external relationships to successfully manage projects to meet or exceed customer expectations. Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules/milestones, communicating change in job status, expediting customer requests and resolving problems. Process sales orders from all customers. Work with Production to ensure inventory for upcoming projects and orders. Handle invoice and credit issues. Work with the Sales Team to develop and nurture repeat and new customers. Responsible for providing information to customers with invoice/credit issues.Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent project management skill. Strong organizational skill. Strong communication skill. Ability to multitask and prioritizeEducation and Experience Three years project management experience.
