Human Resources AssistantOur client a non profit organization has a need for an HR Assistant. This is a remote position that is long term contract assignment that could go for a whilePay Rate: $25-30/hr depending on experienceResponsibilities:+ Entering changes into Paycom HRIS system+ Posting job description to HRIS, FPHNYC website and external sites+ Closing jobs once they have been filled+ Managing and responding to email in the HR general inbox+ Conducting applicant training for manager in Paycom+ Send offer letters to new hires+ Conducting employee on boarding in Paycom Requirements:+ Must have HR experience (3-4 years)+ Experience in Paycom HRIS system - THIS IS IDEAL, BUT NOT A MUST (or other complex systems with ability to learn/adapt quickly)+ Attention to detail+ Ability to handle a large workload+ Ability to work in fast-paced demanding environmentWhy Kelly **** **?**As a worker today, its up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
